3) When purchasing any item from the Lakeshore Harbour Soap Company website, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item or product listing and/or service and/or ingredients list before making a commitment to buy and that you commit to buying such items, products or services while completing the check-out process.

4) The pricing charged for products on the website reflects the global pricing for ingredients as well as the local cost of manufacturing. Lakeshore Harbour Soap Company reserves the right to change our pricing for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax, alsong with shipping costs, is available on the check-out page.

5) No returns are allowed on soaps or body products due to health and safety. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Returns for products must be authorized prior to sending anything back to us and within 14 days of receipt of order. For allowable returns, except errors made on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 6) Lakeshore Harbour Soap company only ships within Canada. We offer various courier options along with Canada Post. We do not mark up any shipping pricing. Pricing is displayed during check-out according to the weight and dimensions of products ordered relevant to the courier or postal carrier. We have no authority over delivery times and our usual processing time is 1-2 business days. While we take great care in packaging your products, some items may shift during shipping, which is beyond our control, along with any possible shipping delays. A tracking number will always be given to you through your chosen method of delivery. We use recyclable shipping products, including packing 'peanuts' which can be reused or dissolved in water.

7) Copyright: The Service/Products and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Lakeshore Harbour Soap Company. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to waive certain legal proceedings such as a jury trial and/or class actions suit against Lakeshore Harbour Soap Company for any reason.The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
