We only ship within Canada. That includes all Provinces and Territories. We do not ship outside of Canada.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs unless the order meets the promotional threshold of free shipping.

The customer must pay shipping on any approved returns (on Accessories only unless otherwise approved) with our carrier options which will be directed via email information.

While we take great care in packaging your products, some items may shift during shipping, which is beyond our control, along with any possible shipping delays or damages. Damages must be recorded and presented to the carrier in question. Lakeshore Harbour Soap Company cannot be held responsible for damages in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please inform us via lakeshoreharboursoap@gmail.com

 

A tracking number will always be given to you through your chosen method of delivery. We offer courier and Canada Post options during the Check-out process of your order. You may choose the option that suits you best. 

 

We use recyclable shipping products, including packing 'peanuts' which can be reused or dissolved in water.

Our packaging is either compostable and/or recyclable.

We aim to eliminate the use of plastics in product and delivery packaging.

Our soaps are protected in biodegradable wrap. 

Please recycle, reuse or repurpose.
