The oil is often referred to as "West Indian Sandalwood" due to its similar aroma to true sandalwood, but it is a distinct species. Amyris is a mild woody aroma with a very light balsamic scent. Amyris Essential Oil has traditionally been used as a scent to enhance meditation.
