Rich in Vitamins A, E and F,  it's also high in essential fatty acids - oleic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, cinnamic acid esters, and allantoin. In short, it's amazing for your skin. 
 
Use it all over your body although it might be a bit heavy for face, you can try a little as a night cream.  Perfect for those extra dry areas like heels and elbows. A little goes a long way, so it will last a while. Rub onto skin until the product is absorbed. No colouring.
