with many natural, organic
and ethically sourced ingredients. Our packaging is either biodegradable, recyclable and/or environmentally friendly.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our handcrafted products are made with care in small batches
We aim to eliminate the use of plastics in product and delivery packaging. Our soaps are protected in biodegradable wrap.
Any packing 'peanuts' used are made from potato starch which can be reused or dissolved in water.
Some of our products can be refillable.
We do not use parabens, phthalates, GMO's, preservatives(unless they are natural and/or ECOCERT approved),
petroleum by-products, PEGS's, triclosan, siloxanes, talc,carrageenan or fragrances with endocrine disruptors and reproductive toxicity.
The few fragrances used are never formulated in 'leave-on' products.
We do not do any animal testing, just us humans.
Most products are Gluten free and Vegan friendly, except for the goat's milk soaps.
We do not use tallow and aim to avoid palm oil. While palm oil is safe to use, it has become an environmental problem.
In an effort to reduce paper waste, your receipt will be emailed to you.
Any subscriptions to any products can be cancelled effortlessly and at any time. We can easily be reached via email and respond quickly.
We do not relentlessly send out email promotions and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We are only online at this time and only deliver within Canada.

Health and Safety Information
Rest assured that our production facility and equipment are all sanitized
as per Health Canada regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Facility entrance is restricted and PPE is always worn. We are vaccinated and carefully monitor.
All of our soaps have biodegradable shrink wrap for delivery.
All personal products are safety sealed for your protection.
SHIPPING: We only ship within Canada. Please be sure to add the correct shipping costs depending on your location. While we take great care in packaging your products, some items may shift during shipping, which is beyond our control, along with any possible shipping delays. We use Canada Post for all our shipping unless you request a courier. We use recyclable shipping products, including packing 'peanuts' which can be reused or dissolved in water.
RETURNS: No returns allowed on soaps or body products due to health and safety regulations. Refunds available within 14 days of purchase. Returns for products must be authorized prior to sending anything back to us and within 14 days of receipt of order. For allowable returns, except errors made on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. NB: Lakeshore Harbour Soap does not make any claims that any of their products are to be used to heal, clear, help, or cure any medical conditions. While many of the ingredients have proven beneficial properties, the consumer must always test prior to usage in case of any possible allergic reactions. The consumer must also be diligent to read all ingredients lists as nut butters and oils are used. No product should be use on open wounds. Pregnant or nursing women should not use any fragrances or essential oils without the consent of their health care practitioner.
PRIVACY POLICY: We do not see or store credit card information on this site. We keep your name, address, phone and email information private and never share or sell this information with anyone else. Your privacy is important to us.
